vymezen\u00ed vina\u0159sk\u00e9 oblasti bylo slo\u017een\u00ed p\u016fdy. Belemnitov\u00e1 k\u0159\u00edda ze sekund\u00e1rn\u00edho obdob\u00ed a mikroprvky jsou jedine\u010dn\u00e9. K\u0159\u00eddov\u00e9 podlo\u017e\u00ed je pokryto sm\u011bs\u00ed humusu a j\u00edlu o tlou\u0161\u0165ce p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 20-50 cm, kterou ko\u0159eny vinn\u00e9 r\u00e9vy pronikaj\u00ed hluboko do k\u0159\u00eddy. Vznik\u00e1 tak vz\u00e1cn\u00e1 rovnov\u00e1ha, proto\u017ee krom\u011b v\u00fd\u017eivn\u00e9 hodnoty humusu k\u0159\u00edda nejen udr\u017euje ide\u00e1ln\u00ed vlhkost, ale tak\u00e9 akumuluje denn\u00ed teplo a v noci ho pomalu odevzd\u00e1v\u00e1 r\u00e9v\u011b: p\u0159irozen\u00e1 klimatizace!<\/p>\n<p>Vysok\u00e9 lesy chr\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ed prudk\u00fdmi v\u011btry. Po\u010das\u00ed v Champagne je r\u016fznorod\u00e9 a n\u011bkdy velmi drsn\u00e9 v z\u00e1vislosti na ro\u010dn\u00edm obdob\u00ed. V pr\u016fb\u011bhu stalet\u00ed se <a href=\"https:\/\/champagner.com\/cs\/\">\u0160ampa\u0148sk\u00e9<\/a> \u0160ampa\u0148sk\u00e9 se zde v\u0161ak m\u016f\u017ee velmi dob\u0159e rozv\u00edjet, proto\u017ee zde obecn\u011b nen\u00ed ani p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 chladno, ani p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 horko. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee kdy\u017e bylo rozhodnuto o tomto po\u017eadavku (Appellation d\u2032Origine Contr\u00f4l\u00e9e), spole\u010dnost hled\u011bla daleko dop\u0159edu a v\u00fdznamn\u011b ovlivnila kvalitu n\u00e1poje a\u017e do dne\u0161n\u00edch dn\u016f. P\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 30 700 hektar\u016f je schopno poskytovat v\u00fdnosy (3% francouzsk\u00e9 vina\u0159sk\u00e9 oblasti).
