Rulandsk\u00fd modr\u00fd, dal\u0161\u00edch 37% Rulandsk\u00e9 modr\u00e9, \u010derven\u00fd Ryzlink r\u00fdnsk\u00fd, a 26% p\u011bstebn\u00ed plochy tvo\u0159\u00ed hrozny Chardonnay, jedin\u00e1 b\u00edl\u00e1 odr\u016fda.<\/p>\n<p>Pro v\u00fdrobu \u0161ampa\u0148sk\u00e9ho jsou nicm\u00e9n\u011b povoleny i odr\u016fdy a hrozny Arbane a Petit Meslier, kter\u00e9 se kv\u016fli fylox\u00e9\u0159e t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nevyskytuj\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Pinot Noir dod\u00e1v\u00e1 \u0161ampa\u0148sk\u00e9mu plnost, Pinot Meunier ovocnost a Chardonnay jemnost.<br \/>\nDalo by se \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee rozd\u00edl je ve sm\u011bsi, ale nap\u0159\u00edklad v C\u00f4te des Blancs se p\u0159ednostn\u011b vyr\u00e1b\u011bj\u00ed jednoodr\u016fdov\u00e1 cuv\u00e9e Chardonnay, Blanc de Blancs.<\/p>\n<p>\u0160ampa\u0148sk\u00e9 Blanc de Noirs je naopak velmi vz\u00e1cn\u00e9. Term\u00edn Blanc de Noirs, ozna\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed b\u00edl\u00e9 \u0161ampa\u0148sk\u00e9 z tmav\u011b zbarven\u00fdch hrozn\u016f, byl p\u016fvodn\u011b zaveden v roce 1903. <a href=\"https:\/\/champagner.com\/cs\/mista-cestovani\/\">\u0160ampa\u0148sk\u00e9<\/a> charakterizov\u00e1ny. R\u00e9va se n\u011bkolikr\u00e1t ro\u010dn\u011b pro\u0159ez\u00e1v\u00e1 speci\u00e1ln\u00edmi metodami, aby hrozny dostaly co nejv\u00edce s\u00edly a \u017eivin a nerostly divoce.<\/p>\n<p>Cena hrozn\u016f dosa\u017een\u00e1 vina\u0159i z\u00e1vis\u00ed na v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9m zat\u0159\u00edd\u011bn\u00ed vinice. Za \"cru\" ohodnocenou 80 % obdr\u017e\u00ed vina\u0159 80 % z ceny hrozn\u016f. P\u0159i lisov\u00e1n\u00ed hrozn\u016f je z\u00e1konem povolen maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdt\u011b\u017eek ~02 litry mo\u0161tu (d\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed 100 litr\u016f v\u00edna) z ~60 kg hrozn\u016f. P\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed chu\u0165 citrusov\u00fdch plod\u016f, b\u00edl\u00fdch kv\u011bt\u016f a n\u011bkdy i jemnou smetanovost. Chardonnay se \u010dasto p\u011bstuje na slavn\u00fdch vinic\u00edch Grand Cru v oblasti C\u00f4te des Blancs, kde k\u0159\u00eddov\u00e9 p\u016fdy nab\u00edzej\u00ed ide\u00e1ln\u00ed podm\u00ednky.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rulandsk\u00e9 modr\u00e9<\/strong>Tato \u010derven\u00e1 odr\u016fda dod\u00e1v\u00e1 \u0161ampa\u0148sk\u00e9mu strukturu, t\u011blo a hloubku. P\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed chu\u0165 \u010derven\u00fdch bobul\u00ed, t\u0159e\u0161n\u00ed a n\u011bkdy i ko\u0159en\u011bn\u00fdch t\u00f3n\u016f. Rulandsk\u00e9 modr\u00e9 roste p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v Montagne de Reims a C\u00f4te des Bar a p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 ke komplexnosti a robustnosti v\u00fdsledn\u00e9ho produktu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pinot Meunier<\/strong>Rulandsk\u00e9 modr\u00e9 je tak\u00e9 \u010derven\u00e1 odr\u016fda, ale m\u00e9n\u011b zn\u00e1m\u00e1 ne\u017e Rulandsk\u00e9 modr\u00e9, a nab\u00edz\u00ed ovocnost a p\u0159\u00edstupnost. P\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed chu\u0165 jablek, hru\u0161ek a ob\u010das i bylinek.
