for Paris, er hjemsted for de \u00e6dle vinstokke og den voksende region.<\/p>\n<p>Et vigtigt kriterium for afgr\u00e6nsningen af vindyrkningsomr\u00e5det var jordbundens sammens\u00e6tning. Belemnitkridtet fra den sekund\u00e6re periode og mikroelementerne er unikke. Kridtbunden er belagt med en ca. 20-50 cm tyk humus\/ler-blanding, som vinr\u00f8dderne tr\u00e6nger dybt ned i kridtet. Der skabes en v\u00e6rdifuld balance, for ud over humusens n\u00e6ringsv\u00e6rdi holder kridtet ikke kun p\u00e5 den ideelle fugtighed, men lagrer ogs\u00e5 dagens varme og afgiver den langsomt til vinstokkene om natten: et naturligt airconditionsystem!<\/p>\n<p>De h\u00f8je skove beskytter mod h\u00e5rde vinde. Vejret i Champagne er varieret og til tider meget barskt afh\u00e6ngigt af \u00e5rstiden. I l\u00f8bet af \u00e5rhundrederne har <a href=\"https:\/\/champagner.com\/da\/\">Champagne<\/a> Men Champagne kan udvikle sig rigtig godt der, fordi det generelt hverken er for koldt eller for varmt. Det betyder, at da dette krav (Appellation d\u2032Origine Contr\u00f4l\u00e9e) blev besluttet, s\u00e5 man langt frem, og det har haft stor indflydelse p\u00e5 kvaliteten af drikken den dag i dag. Omkring 30.700 hektar er i stand til at give udbytte (3% af Frankrigs vindyrkningsareal).
