For over five generations, the winegrowers of our house have established a true heritage: 13 hectares on the best terroirs of the ChampagneCoteaux Sud d'Epernay, Côte des Blancs, Vallée de la Marne and Sézannais, including 9 classified villages.
In our vineyard we grow the traditional grape varieties Chardonnay (50%), Pinot Noir (10%) and Pinot Meunier (40%).
Each of our vines with its terroir and history has its own character and identity. Le Bignart", "Le Cloître" or "Les Grimprets" are among the 37 plots of land that our family has acquired from 5 generations of winegrowers and which today contribute to the harmony and complexity of the blend of our wines.
Day after day, we observe the development of this living heritage in the heart of Champagne on the "Coteaux Sud" of Epernay, the "Côte des Blancs", the "Vallée de la Marne" and the "Sézannais".
In this way, we ensure with each harvest that each grape from our vines can develop its full potential to produce the best champagne.
We ensure that our global capital develops its full potential.
We draw the best from our raw materials to offer you a harmonious, complex and processed champagne. Champagne Bauget-Jouette is produced with taste in the vision of your satisfaction.
The Bauget-Jouette Champagne is vinified in our cellars in Épernay, the capital of Champagne. It is then kept at a constant temperature (11°C) in our cellars, 27 metres deep, dug in chalk in the 18th century.
Bauget-Jouette Champagne is a family run house with an annual volume of 150.000 bottles.
The house Bauget-Jouette has been a synonym for enjoyable champagne for several generations. Concentrating on a well-balanced cuvée of the three grape varieties Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, the Bauet family succeeds every year in creating pleasure with elegance and robustness.
