1997: The discovery in the Baltic Sea After almost 80 years, nine bottles of champagne have been recovered from the wreck of the British ship "Volturnus". These bottles, labelled "BINET Fils & Co. -1911", had survived the sinking of the ship in 1919 and were brought to the surface from the depths of the Baltic Sea.
2013: Return to the roots Maison BINET Champagne returned to its roots and presented an exclusive and prestigious cuvée, 100%, made from Grand Cru grapes and only available in very limited quantities.
